Hey, I’m Gigi, a Functional Nutritionist who helps busy women get to the root cause of their hormone, weight, and digestive issues so they can finally start living again.

I know how confusing it can be when you’re doing ā€œall the right thingsā€ but still feel bloated, tired, or stuck with where to go next.

I am a huge fan of functional testing and use this personalised, data-driven approach successfully in clinic. Through testing, not guessing, I help you uncover what’s really going on in your body, so you can stop chasing quick fixes and start feeling balanced, confident, and in control of your health.

My Story

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about health, but for years, I was stuck in a cycle that didn’t feel healthy at all.

I spent my teens and early twenties training intensely on a sports scholarship, juggling performance pressure with a disordered relationship with food and exercise.
My periods were completely irregular (absent for almost two years), but I was constantly told it was ā€œnormal for athletesā€ and not to worry until I wanted to get pregnant.

Despite eating clean, training five times a week, and doing ā€œeverything right,ā€ I was exhausted, puffy, bloated, moody, and constantly inflamed. My hair thinned, my skin flared up, and my moods swung wildly – but no one could tell me why. I started to believe this was me – and just how I was.
After qualifying as a Registered Nutritionist, I started exploring the deeper, clinical side of health using personalised root-cause testing to truly understand what was happening inside the body. When I ran these tests on myself, everything finally clicked. I discovered gut imbalances, high histamine bacteria, elevated androgens (PCOS), poor thyroid function from overtraining, and high cortisol driving chronic inflammation.

What testing showed

For the first time, I had real answers – and a plan on how to improve things.

Functional testing gave me the clarity and direction I’d been missing for years. It validated how I felt, removed the guesswork, and helped me finally start healing.

Now, it’s what I use every day to help other women do the same — uncover what’s really happening beneath the surface so they can feel vibrant, confident, and in control of their health again.

My stool test showed an H. Pylori infection which was causing bloating, puffiness, skin flare-ups and inflammation even whilst eating a healthy diet
My DUTCH hormone test showed extremely low oestrogen & progesterone, no signs of ovulation (typical in PCOS) which were driving low energy, poor sleep, low libido, inflammation, and stubborn weight issues.
The DUTCH test also showed sky-high cortisol levels which were leaving me feeling puffy, anxious, wired but tired. Chronic stress was driving inflammation and hormone imbalance.

With my certifications as a Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, I have built a career focused on results-driven, science-based approaches to health:
