A Journey to Root Cause Wellness

Exploring the Science of Health and Nutrition
From a young age, my journey with health and wellness began with a passion for athletic performance and an early awareness of diet culture’s influence. Competing as a sports scholar at Rugby School sparked a curiosity for how nutrition could enhance performance, yet my early experiences with restrictive eating and calorie control created a complex relationship with food. As I navigated the misconceptions around “eating less and exercising more,” I committed to deepening my knowledge, eventually achieving a BSc in Nutrition and developing a career in personalised, client-centered wellness.

Having worked in diverse settings, from a fertility clinic in Tanzania to CrossFit communities in San Diego, I bring a unique blend of global experience and cultural understanding to my practice. Today, I am dedicated to helping others break free from the barriers of restrictive eating, diet culture, and yoyo dieting by providing supportive, root cause solutions.

Goals in Root Cause Nutrition

Shaping the Future of Holistic Wellness

As a Nutritionist, my primary goal is to focus on Root Cause Nutrition by addressing the underlying factors contributing to health challenges. I am driven by a commitment to uncovering and tackling the real issues behind hormone imbalances, digestive discomfort, and the physical and emotional effects of restrictive eating. My mission is to create lasting change by making comprehensive testing, such as hormone tests (including the Dutch test) and full blood panels, accessible to more individuals, allowing for truly personalised wellness plans.

Looking ahead, I envision creating a space where nutrition, fitness, and community-centered support come together to offer a comprehensive approach to health. Whether through one-on-one guidance or group functional training programs, my long-term goal is to create a “fitness rehab” environment—a place for clients to reconnect with their health goals, find a supportive community, and experience lasting, science-backed results.
