Plan A looked disciplined. Fasted cardio. Trackin Plan A looked disciplined.

Fasted cardio.
Tracking every calorie.
Training 7 days a week.

And I still felt puffy, inflamed, exhausted and completely confused about why my body wasn’t responding.

Plan B was where everything changed.

I stopped guessing and started testing. I looked at my hormones, my gut, my cortisol. I reduced the constant high intensity stress, improved food quality and variety, and dropped the obsessive calorie mindset.

That is when my body finally felt safe enough to respond.

If you are doing all the “right” things and still waking up bloated, holding weight around your middle, exhausted by 3pm and questioning what you are doing wrong, this is your sign that it might not be about more discipline. It might be about better data.

Your symptoms are common. They are not normal.

If this sounds like you, comment ROOT and I will send you the details on how we uncover what is actually driving your symptoms.

You can spend hundreds on skincare and still wake You can spend hundreds on skincare and still wake up puffy, inflamed and breaking out every month.

Or you can support what’s actually driving your skin.

This plate is not random.

Sardines = rich in omega 3 (EPA + DHA) which lower inflammatory signalling in the skin, improve cell membrane health and help rebalance the omega 3 to omega 6 ratio most women get wrong.

Avocado = healthy fats that support bile flow and proper hormone clearance. If you’re not excreting oestrogen efficiently, it recirculates and that often shows up as hormonal acne, puffiness and PMS flares.

Broccoli sprouts = high in sulphoraphane, a compound that activates NRF2 pathways and supports phase 2 liver detoxification. In simple terms, it helps your body process and clear excess oestrogen and inflammatory byproducts properly.

The women I work with don’t guess.
We test, we look at detox pathways, inflammation markers, hormones and gut health, and we build from there.

If your skin is trying to tell you something, comment SKIN and I’ll send you the next step to understanding what’s actually driving it.

    POV: I thought I just had a “sensitive stomach”… POV: I thought I just had a “sensitive stomach”…

Turns out I had H. pylori, which meant my stomach acid was too low to properly break down food.

So my meals weren’t being digested, they were sitting there fermenting, causing bloating, puffiness and inflammation. Add in thyroid issues and slow motility and it was the perfect storm.

🧬Once I tested, everything made sense.

If you’re constantly bloated and feel like you’re doing everything right but nothing is improving, stop guessing.

Message me “TEST” and let’s find your root cause.

I genuinely thought I just needed to try harder.Mo I genuinely thought I just needed to try harder.More cardio. Less food. Tighter control.

Instead I was just stressing my body more and wondering why I looked inflamed. Once I understood what was actually going on hormonally, everything changed.

If you’re training hard, eating well and still feel puffy and exhausted, it’s NOT a willpower issue.

You don’t need to push harder!!!! You need to look deeper.

If this resonates with you at all, dm me with PLAN & I’ll tell you what’s keeping you stuck xx

Digestion begins with your eyes, your smell, even Digestion begins with your eyes, your smell, even the thought of food. That’s when your body switches on the parasympathetic nervous system, stimulates saliva, and sends signals to the pancreas to release digestive enzymes.

If you’re rushing, eating at your desk, stressed or distracted, your vagus nerve stays switched off. Less saliva. Weaker pancreatic signalling. Slower breakdown of food. More fermentation. More bloating.

This is why slowing down is not “woo”…it’s physiology.

If you constantly feel 6 months pregnant after meals, start here.

4 simple ways to reduce bloating:

1. Take 5 slow, deep belly breaths before eating to activate your vagus nerve.

2. Chew properly until your food is almost liquid to support saliva and enzyme release.

3. Sit down without your phone or laptop so your body feels safe enough to digest.

4. Eat at regular times instead of grazing all day, which disrupts proper digestive signalling.

Your body cannot digest well in fight or flight.

If this resonates and you want to understand why your bloating is happening, not just manage it, comment BLOATED or send me a DM and let’s talk root cause.
