PCOS has a new name: PMOS, Polyendocrine METABOLIC PCOS has a new name: PMOS, Polyendocrine METABOLIC Ovarian Syndrome.

Why does the metabolic part matter…. = Because insulin resistance is a key driver for many women with PMOS!!!!

This is where strength training becomes soooooo important and powerful.

🧽 Think of your muscles like a sponge for glucose: when they contract, they pull glucose from the bloodstream to use for energy, and building more muscle can improve insulin sensitivity over time.

So strength training with PMOS isn’t just about looking more toned. It’s a tool for better metabolic health, blood sugar control and hormone support.

Want to understand and address your PMOS from the root cause? Comment “PMOS” and I’ll send you the details of my PMOS programme.
“IBS” is a label for your symptoms. I want to know “IBS” is a label for your symptoms. I want to know what’s ACTUALLY causing them.

SO if you are fed up of guessing… DM me “GUT” to find out why x
SORT THE GUT AND THE REST WILL FOLLOW. ⤵️ This is SORT THE GUT AND THE REST WILL FOLLOW. ⤵️

This is why I will banggggg on about testing, not guessing forever 😂

She came to me after coming off the pill dealing with acne, rashes, food reactions and puffiness and water retention that she barely recognised herself.

Instead of throwing another supplement, diet or “calorie deficit” at her…. we tested her gut and found signs of increased gut permeability, inflammatory bacterial LPS and chronic Candida exposure.

Soooo we had something far more useful than another guess: DATA.

We could actually target what was contributing to that inflammatory load, and the difference in her face and body speaks for itself.

Your symptoms are giving you information. Sometimes you just need to know where to look 👀

comment or DM me with “GUT” and I’ll tell you EXACTLY what test you need to get answers!
If you’re constantlyyyyy bloated, let’s focus on m If you’re constantlyyyyy bloated, let’s focus on making digestion a lot easier :)

Think warm, cooked meals over huge raw salads, herbal tea over milky lattes, and rice or quinoa over big bowls of pasta.

WHY? Gut bacteria ferment certain carbohydrates and fibres, producing gas in the process. If there’s already a lot of fermentation happening in your gut, adding more can mean more gas, pressure and bloating.

These swaps can help reduce the load!! (but they don’t tell you why you’re bloating in the first place….)

If you’re still making all the “healthy” choices and ending every day bloated, DM me BLOATING and let’s look at what’s actually going on.
Probably the biggest reminder to myself and thing Probably the biggest reminder to myself and thing I’m constantly working on ⏩️ not every moment needs to be productive. Some moments are just meant to be enjoyed 🫶🏼
I spent YEARSSS thinking my gut was a food problem I spent YEARSSS thinking my gut was a food problem.

Every flare meant analysing what I’d eaten, cutting something else out or wondering which supplement I needed next….

Now, as a nutritionist specialising in gut health, I know the picture can be so much bigger, and I see it in practice ALL the time.

Women come to me eating incredibly “well”, exercising regularly, taking all the supplements and doing everything they’ve been told is “healthy”… yet they’re still bloated, uncomfortable and completely confused by their gut.

Food absolutely matters, but so do gut function, hormones, stress, sleep, under eating, over training and the nervous system. Your gut doesn’t exist in isolation.

My own history taught me that lesson the long way round. My work with clients reinforces it every single day.

Sometimes the answer isn’t another thing to cut out. It’s finally understanding the bigger picture and working out WHY your symptoms are happening.

DM me “GUT” if you’re ready for answers, not more guesswork 🤍
