Just because your PMS happens every month, doesn’t Just because your PMS happens every month, doesn’t mean you should have to put up with feeling awful for half of it!!

And sometimes….it’s not just your sex hormones we need to be looking at 👀

This is exactly why I’m such a big believer in testing rather than guessing, because when we understand what’s actually going on underneath those symptoms, we can finally create a plan that makes sense for YOUR body.

If you’re fed up with trying everything and still getting nowhere, DM me “START” and let’s get to the bottom of it 🤍
Before you cut out ANOTHER food because you’re con Before you cut out ANOTHER food because you’re constantly bloated, listen to this

For years, I was so focused on WHAT I was eating that I completely overlooked HOW I was living.

These 3 changes made such a difference to my digestion, and none involved cutting out food.

1. Ditching the constant fasted, high intensity training.
I was pushing my body way too hard, without enough recovery. Now I focus on training smarter, not harder. My tip: If you’re constantly exhausted, look at whether your training intensity actually matches how well you’re recovering.

2. Stopping the mindless grazing and distracted eating.
I was barely sitting down for a proper meal! My tip: Start with just ONE meal a day where you put your phone away, slow down and actually chew your food.

3. Learning to switch OFF.
As a natural Duracell bunny, this one took a lot of work. But constantly being wired wasn’t doing my gut brain connection any good. My tip: Create a 20 minute phone free window before bed. Small boundaries add up.

Sometimes supporting your digestion isn’t about another food restriction. It’s about looking at everything else going on.

which one are you most guilty of? Because I’ve been all three 🙃
We’re very quick to blame the food. But often, we We’re very quick to blame the food.

But often, we need to look at the environment that food is landing in.

Is your body constantly stressed? Is there too much bacteria where it shouldn’t be? Is your digestion struggling? Is your motility slow because something else, like your thyroid, is going on?

Because endlessly removing foods might make things feel better temporarily… but it doesn’t necessarily tell us why you’re reacting to them in the first place.

This is something I help my clients understand all the time. Not just “how do we stop the bloating?” but “why is your body responding this way?”

And it’s exactly why I created my Bloating Quiz….to help you cut through some of the noise and get clearer on what might actually be DRIVING your symptoms.

Comment or DM me QUIZ and I’ll send it to you 🫶🏼
Your reminder that “good for gut health” doesn’t n Your reminder that “good for gut health” doesn’t necessarily mean good for YOUR gut!

Probiotics contain different strains which can have very different effects, and your symptoms, hormones, histamine load and individual context all matter.

This is exactly why I don’t recommend taking random supplements just because they’re marketed as “good for you”.

SO if you are waking in the night feeling weirdly alert/wired? Histamine could be one piece of the puzzle.

DM me HISTAMINE and I’ll send you my symptom form to help you connect the dots between your symptoms + what might be driving them xx
Do you notice your bloating shows up in the same p Do you notice your bloating shows up in the same place every time?

Where you bloat can give you useful clues about what might be driving it. Instead of guessing, start noticing the pattern:

1. Notice where it starts. Is the fullness mainly in your upper abdomen, lower abdomen, or all over?
2. Pay attention to timing. Does it happen straight after eating, build throughout the day, or show up around your cycle?
3. Track what comes with it. Constipation, feeling overly full after meals, pain, gas or changes in bowel movements can help build a clearer picture.

Bloating is a symptom, not a diagnosis. The goal is to understand the pattern so you can investigate the why behind it.

Histamine isn’t just a hayfever thing! Most of u Histamine isn’t just a hayfever thing!

Most of us only meet it in the context of pollen and antihistamines… but it does FAR more than make your eyes itch. It widens blood vessels, which is where redness and flushing come from. It helps keep your brain awake. And some of the bacteria living in your gut can make it too.

So when my client told me about her red, reactive skin, her antihistamines, her light sleep and her unpredictable bloating, I didn’t hear four separate problems. I heard a reason to look at her gut.

Her results won’t be your results, and that’s the point. Swipe to see what we found and why it changed her plan.
